Technical Specifications

Key Performance Features

• Heat-Fusible Joint Seamless Technology: Say goodbye to visible bulky knots. Because this premium cord is thermoplastic-based, you can join two ends together simply by heating them lightly with a flame or heating tool and pressing them together for an invisible, structural splice.
• 100% Washable & Dirt-Resistant: Unlike natural cotton, which absorbs moisture and stains, this polypropylene cord is non-porous and "erasable." Mud, spilled coffee, or dust can be quickly wiped clean or thrown into the washing machine without fear of fiber degradation.
• Heavy-Duty Load Support: The 5mm density provides supreme structural stability. Your intricate knot setups, macrame plant hangers carrying heavy pots, or woven furniture panels will hold their tension forever, preventing sagging or losing shape.

Best Project Matches & Application Guide

• Recommended Projects: Heavy-duty boho hanging chairs, woven patio tables and furniture, weather-resistant windsocks, hanging planter baskets, durable daily-use crochet bags, chic table runners or placemats and trendy beachwears.
• Skill Suitability: Perfect for everyone from hobbyists seeking stress-free knotting to professional interior and outdoor design artists.
• Compatible Tools: We recommend cutting with heavy-duty crafting shears and sealing/fusing ends with a lighter or specialized fusing pen. The recommended crochet hook and knitting needle sizes are specified in the technical details.

Care, Use & Durability Tips

• Safe Heat Splicing: When fusing two ends of the cord, ensure you let the melted polypropylene cool for a few seconds before handling. Use heat-resistant gloves or small pliers to pinch the warm ends together for maximum safety.
• Laundering Instructions: For crochet bags or table mats, machine wash cold in a mesh wash bag using mild detergent. Air dry flat. Avoid high-heat drying to preserve the synthetic fiber's integrity.
• Outdoor Longevity: While highly UV and moisture resistant, storing your outdoor furniture/windsocks in covered spaces during freezing winter seasons will maximize its lifespan and keep the colors looking brilliant for years.
