Technical Specifications

Key Performance Features

• Invisible Heat-Fusible Joints: Streamline your patterns by getting rid of bulky, awkward knots. Because this eco-conscious cord is premium thermoplastic, you can seamlessly melt and bond two ends together using a mild heat tool or flame for an indestructible, invisible connection.
• Wipe-Clean "Erasable" Surface: Forget the frustrations of natural fibers absorbing grease, spillages, and dirt. This advanced, non-porous polypropylene material keeps spills on the surface. Stains and dirt can easily be wiped away ("erased") or run through a machine wash.
• Micro-Precision 2mm Definition: Engineered specifically for high-detail designs, the 2mm caliber delivers gorgeous tension control. It's the perfect size to avoid bulky, heavy builds while maintaining exceptional crispness in intricate patterns.

Best Project Matches & Application Guide

• Recommended Projects: Exquisite micro-macrame wall hangings, lightweight plant hangers, delicate crochet purses/bags, placemats, coasters, under-plate dining accessories, windchime hangers, holiday accents, and highly detailed weave-work.
• User Friendly Profile: Outstanding for professional designers requiring absolute dimensional stability across batches, and incredibly forgiving for beginners looking to easily correct tension patterns.
• Recommended Tools: Best paired with craft shears for sharp, fray-free cuts and a standard heating tool to fuse joints cleanly. The recommended crochet hook and knitting needle sizes are specified in the technical details.

Care & Use

• Splicing Safety Tip: After heating the cord ends to fuse them together, let the joint cool down for a few seconds before handling. For perfect shape control, pinch the warm joint using a pair of flat pliers.
• Laundering Instructions: For daily table accessories and crochet items, machine wash cold inside a protective mesh laundry bag with mild soap. Lay flat to air dry. Do not use heat drying to prevent fibers from warping.
• 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee: We stand behind the design and technical performance of our craft cords. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we cover you with an hassle-free 14-day money-back guarantee.
